These terms of use set out the rules for using the - website operated by Transfer Antalya and the transfer services offered through it. By using the website or creating a booking you accept these terms.
1. Scope of the service
We provide airport transfers and private passenger transportation on routes agreed in advance through a booking. The service is limited to the date, time, route, vehicle class and number of passengers stated in the booking.
2. Booking and pricing
- A booking becomes valid once it has been confirmed by us.
- The price is determined by the route, vehicle class, number of passengers and any extra services selected during booking.
- The confirmed price remains valid as long as the scope of the service does not change. Additional stops outside the route, waiting time or extra service requests may be charged.
- The passenger is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and flight number provided during booking.
3. Payment
Payments are collected online using the methods offered during booking, or during the service. Online payments are processed by licensed payment institutions and card details are not stored by us.
4. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation and amendment requests are subject to the conditions stated in the booking confirmation.
- Cancellations made close to the transfer time may not be refundable.
- If the passenger is not present at the agreed place and time and does not inform us, the service is deemed to have been performed.
- Change requests are accommodated subject to availability and may result in a price difference.
5. Passenger obligations
- Be ready at the agreed meeting point and time
- Provide accurate and up to date contact details
- Comply with traffic rules and the driver's safety instructions during the journey
- State the number and size of luggage items when booking
- Notify any need for a child seat in advance
- Refrain from conduct that damages the vehicle, breaches the law or disturbs other passengers
6. Limitations of liability
We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure such as weather conditions, road and traffic conditions, flight cancellations, strikes or natural disasters. In such cases we make every effort to offer an alternative solution. Liability for items left in the vehicle is not accepted unless the item has been handed over to us.
7. Intellectual property
The rights in the text, images, logos and software elements on the website belong to Transfer Antalya or the respective rights holders. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction over disputes. The statutory rights of passengers qualifying as consumers remain reserved.
