5. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the website and booking forms, by telephone, e-mail and messaging applications, and through our business partners.
6. Transfer of data
To the extent necessary for the performance of the service, your personal data may be transferred to the drivers and suppliers carrying out the transfer, payment institutions, IT and communication infrastructure providers, accounting and audit service providers, and legally authorised public institutions, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention period
Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the limitation and retention periods set out in the legislation. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the legislation, to request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
